CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: To honor the time reserved specifically for you, Therapeutic Gemz requires at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service. In the event of cancellation fee failure, the next service will need to be paid in full prior to the service. For clients using prepaid packages, any cancellation made within 24 hours or failure to show will result in the deduction of one full session from your package.
